Robb Waldner is Managing Vice President and Head of Product Development at Amica Mutual Insurance Company, based in Lincoln Rhode Island. An experienced P&C personal lines leader, Robb has a track record of working across the organization and the industry to build teams focused on solving customer problems and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Robb has been with Amica since 2002, spending most of his career passionately engaged in delivering on the company’s promises to their customers, leading in various roles within the Claims department. Most recently he led Amica’s auto, casualty and specialty claim operations. While in that role, he partnered with cross-functional stakeholders to help launch Amica’s first telematics product, supported the launch of a good-better-best product package, brought several new insurance policy features to market for Amica’s customers, while also spearheading a claims department operational excellence redesign project. Following these successful efforts, Robb has recently assumed responsibility for building and growing Amica’s Product Development capabilities, focused on driving customer centric product design.
Robb holds an MBA from Villanova University where he was the recipient of the prestigious Bartley Medallion. His undergraduate BA was in International Business Management and he is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
Outside of the office, Robb and his wife Cassie have two daughters, and the entire family is involved in the Massachusetts lacrosse community. Robb is the current President of his community’s youth lacrosse association.
