He focuses his work on growth strategies, M&A, partnerships & open insurance, cross-selling, marketing & sales performance, target operating models & efficiency plans in the insurance sector (Health Plans, P&C such as Car / Home Insurance / Affinity Products, Protection, Life insurance, SME coverage) – Jean-Louis has a deep industry knowledge and covers all the value chain.
Jean-Louis primarily conducts projects for bankinsurers, tied agents companies, health players, brokers, IFAs, captives, on-line players such as insurtech & fintech but also new entrants – such as retailers or OEMs.
He started his career as an e-commerce entrepreneur. He has over 20 years of experience in the Insurance & Financial Services sector as strategy consultant, mainly for Exton Consulting & Accenture Strategy.
Jean-Louis holds an MSc in management from ESCP Europe (Paris) and the Berlin Senat (Diplom Kaufmann) with an emphasis on strategy & marketing.
He is the author of numerous articles & studies about insurance (the future of connected cars, mobility 2030 & insurance, connected home & insurance, mass affluent & insurance, millennials & insurance, readiness to open insurance, inflation & insurance …).
