Simon-Kucher Releases 2024 ESG Report: Reinforcing Commitment to Positive Impact and Sustainable Growth

Bonn – June 18, 2025 – Simon-Kucher, the world’s leading commercial growth and pricing consultancy, has published its annual Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report for 2024. The report highlights the firm’s strategic ESG initiatives and progress in embedding responsible business practices across its global operations.

Key milestones in the 2024 ESG Report include:

  • Launch of the Better Business Council to guide ESG integration at the partner level.

  • Establishment of a global network of 40 ESG Captains to drive local engagement and impact.

  • Roll-out of Simon-Kucher’s first global Impact Week, creating awareness for ESG principles and mobilizing employees worldwide in community-focused ESG initiatives.

  • Contribution of 260 FTE days to pro bono consulting and startup mentoring, with four pro bono case studies featured in the report.

  • Strengthening commitment to people and culture with a 40 percent increase in Employee Resource Group participation, 507 new hires, and more than 40 percent of women in the workforce.

  • Updated emission reduction targets approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), expanding data quality and category coverage.

  • Recognition by the Travel Smart Campaign for the second year running as a frontrunner in sustainable business travel, placing Simon-Kucher among the top 20 percent of companies participating in the Travel Smart Ranking.

  • Enabling clients looking to develop, commercialize, and launch more sustainable and socially responsible products and services, with three supporting case studies.

These actions demonstrate Simon-Kucher’s ongoing commitment to fostering a culture of ethical leadership, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility.
