With more than 15 years of experience in digital consulting, Wilhelm brings deep expertise in AI-driven product development and commercial leadership across the life sciences ecosystem. Working at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution, he helps clients define digital and AI strategies, identify high-value use cases, and develop scalable AI-powered solutions.
Wilhelm’s experience includes shaping GenAI strategies and embedding AI into core commercial and operational workflows across the life sciences ecosystem. He has led the development of AI-powered assistants for marketing, sales, and customer service functions and supported organizations transitioning to software and platform-based models. He also advises clients on building innovation capabilities, establishing enterprise-wide data strategies, and advancing digital health platforms.

Prior to joining Simon-Kucher, Wilhelm spent nearly nine years at BCG X, where he played a key role in building and scaling digital and AI businesses across the European life sciences sector. He also held commercial leadership roles in venture capital–backed digital scale-ups, where he focused on bringing innovative technology solutions to market.
