About Paresh

Paresh is a Director in Simon-Kucher’s New York office, where he focuses on growth strategy, pricing transformations, and sales effectiveness for clients in ingredients, food manufacturing, chemicals, technology, and business services.

He brings significant consulting experience collaborating directly with private equity investors, boards, and management to improve profits through top-line and bottom-line levers. His areas of expertise include go-to-market strategy, commercial transformation, digital growth, and sales force effectiveness. As a member of the authoring team, Paresh develops thought leadership on the foundation of Simon-Kucher’s approach to Sales Excellence, Digital Revenue, and Pricing Transformation.

Prior to Simon-Kucher, Paresh guided companies in transition by refocusing on profitable customer segments, aligning sales team, improving pricing processes, and optimizing operating models for growth. Additionally, he worked across the entire M&A life cycle, covering strategy, diligence, synergy and integration planning, sign to close (S2C) support and post-deal value creation planning and capture for both corporate transactions and private capital transactions.

Paresh earned an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University.
