Julien Escher is a partner in the Life Sciences division at Simon-Kucher, where he advises pharmaceutical and biotech companies on commercial strategy, pricing, and digital transformation.
With hands-on experience from multiple successful start-ups, he is driven to bridge the entrepreneurial and consulting worlds. Julien has led over 100 Life Science projects globally, spanning go-to-market strategy, new business models, product management, pricing and market access, and data-driven digital solutions.
He works closely with both global and local teams to solve complex brand and commercialization challenges. Julien holds a double Master’s degree in Management and International Business from HEC Paris and CEMS.
