He will lead the firm’s digital and customer practice (Simon-Kucher ‘Elevate’) across the APAC region; with focus on the Financial Services and Consumer sectors.
With more than two decades of experience advising global and regional organizations across APAC, Macey brings deep expertise in unlocking sustainable value through customer-centric transformation and digital enablement. He specializes in identifying and sizing growth opportunities, redesigning end-to-end customer and ecosystem experiences, transforming marketing, sales, and service functions; and digitizing operating models to deliver measurable commercial impact.
He has particular depth in the financial services and retail sectors, complemented by broad cross-industry experience spanning telecommunications, utilities, government, and pharmaceuticals. Recognized for his creative mindset and to push the boundaries of what’s possible, Macey works closely with clients to translate strategic and operational ambition into accelerated value creation. He is also known for building high-performing teams, developing emerging talent, and cultivating long-standing executive relationships.

Prior to joining Simon-Kucher, Macey spent two decades at PwC, holding senior leadership roles across both the APAC region and globally. He helped establish and lead the Front Office Transformation business unit across the region, led large-scale customer and digital transformation programs for some of the most iconic global and regional APAC brands; and was also the APAC lead client partner for some of the firm’s key accounts within the Financial Services and Consumer sectors.
