Before joining Simon-Kucher, Eugene spent two decades at PwC in APAC and Global leadership roles, including Regional Front Office Transformation Leader, Global Insurance Front Office Transformation Leader, and Regional Clients & Markets Leader. A regular keynote speaker and published thought leader, Eugene offers a distinctive perspective on front office transformation, digital enablement, and the evolving industry landscape. He holds a BBA and BCom from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.
