Joerg Simon

Joerg Simon is a Senior Director at Simon-Kucher and specializes in B2B strategy, sales, after sales, digitalization, and pricing excellence. Working with German and international clients, Joerg primarily advises industrial companies in the machinery, plant engineering, industrial electronics, private equity, and manufacturing industries. He has consulting experience across Europe, Asia, and North America.

Before joining Simon-Kucher’s Munich office he was a successful managing director of a manufacturing company, where he developed his skills in strategy and business development and served as lead of sales and marketing. His focus was on expanding and internationalizing sales.

Joerg studied business and engineering at the Technical University Braunschweig (Germany) and at the University of Rhode Island (US).
