As a result, leading investors are shifting the focus of commercial due diligence from assessing management’s business plan to identifying and actively unlocking additional growth opportunities beyond management’s plans.

During this roundtable, we will bring together deal professionals to discuss how the role and scope of commercial due diligence are evolving and how commercial excellence can contribute to tangible value creation.
