Feras is a partner in Simon-Kucher’s Life Sciences division, based in Singapore. He brings over 20 years of experience across healthcare and strategy consulting. He is a trusted advisor to MedTech, pharmaceutical, and healthcare organizations across APAC and the Middle East, translating strategy into measurable impact across pricing and revenue optimization, go-to-market strategy, new business models, and commercial transformation.
Prior to joining Simon-Kucher, Feras held senior leadership roles across strategy consulting and industry, where he built and scaled a MedTech practice in APAC and led regional business units within a global healthcare company. Earlier in his career, he practiced as a physician in both academic and private settings.
He is a regular speaker on healthcare innovation, digital health, and AI in healthcare, and is actively involved in the startup ecosystem as a mentor and judge.
Feras holds an MD and completed a residency in Internal Medicine at the American University of Beirut. He also holds an MPhil from the University of Cambridge (Judge Business School and Institute of Biotechnology) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the American University of Beirut.
