David is a partner in Simon-Kucher’s Transaction Services & Private Equity practice, focused on providing commercial due diligence to private equity and corporate clients. David is based in the London office.
Prior to joining Simon-Kucher David spent two years at Zencargo, a logistics technology company. Before this he spent 20 years at PwC Strategy& focusing on commercial due diligence and corporate strategy.
David has advised clients on over 200 deals across many sectors, but in particular business services and technology. David has particularly strong experience within supply chain and maritime, TIC, professional services, and HCM, as well as in software and data businesses serving these sectors.
