Marie Verdier is a Senior Partner in Simon-Kucher's global Chemicals and Energy & Utilities practices in Paris, where she leads projects for major players in the agriculture, chemicals, energy and industrial sectors.

Fabian Schulz

Dr. Fabian Schulz is a Partner in Simon-Kucherʼs Frankfurt office. He has been with the company since 2007. He primarily conducts projects for software companies, payment processors, online platforms, and IT service companies. His consulting focus is on monetization strategies, sales optimization, customer-focused management, and digitalization strategies.

Will is a Partner and the Head of Chemicals/Construction at Simon-Kucher. He is also the Head of the Atlanta office, where he focuses on serving B2B companies in a variety of areas, including sales and pricing transformations, to unlock better growth.

Guillermo Sagnier

Guillermo Sagnier is a Senior-Partner at Simon-Kucher, based in Barcelona.  He has over 25 years of strategy, marketing, pricing and sales experience serving mainly consumer and retail clients. Based out of the Barcelona office, he has worked for leading global players as well as mid-sized companies from many European and Latin American countries.

Karl-Heinz Sebastian

Dr. Karl-Heinz Sebastian is a co-founder and Senior Partner of Simon-Kucher & Partners. He studied macroeconomics at the Universities of Siegen, Bonn, and Los Angeles (UCLA) and received his doctorate at the University of Bielefeld. He has been working as a business consultant since 1985. Dr. Sebastian leads the Competence Centers of "Construction Technology" and "Chemicals".

Peter Ehrhardt

Peter is a Senior Partner and a member of the global Medical Technology practice within Simon-Kucher’s Life Sciences activities and currently based in Munich, Germany. For his first 8 years in the company he was based in Germany and then relocated in 2008 to the US to establish a local Medical Technology presence.
