Furthermore, his vertical markets include private equity firms, where he works across their portfolios, and Insurance.

Christoph Bauer

Dr. Christoph Bauer ist Partner und Head of Banking bei Simon-Kucher sowie der Leiter des Hamburger Büros. Dr. Bauer gilt als Experte für das Preis- / Produkt- und Vertriebsmanagement im Privat- und Firmenkundengeschäft sowie die Einführung von Kundenbindungsprogrammen. Jens is a Partner at Simon-Kucher and works out of our Cologne office. He is a member of Simon-Kucher's global Software, Internet & Media practice. Jens's consulting focus is on creating value for software, database, and IT providers (e.g. SaaS, PaaS, DaaS, IoT); online marketplaces; and eCommerce platforms; as well as clients from non-software industries that want to develop or transition to new business models.

Sara Yamase is a Partner and the Global Head of Technology, Media & Telecom at Simon-Kucher. She works in both our Silicon Valley and Houston offices. Previously, she served a Head of the Software, Internet, and Media practice. Her consulting work focuses on new product pricing, product positioning and commercialization strategy, and price optimization for software and internet companies. She is an expert on pricing strategies, price model design, segmentation, advanced research design, and price implementation.
