Andrew is a senior partner in Simon-Kucher's San Francisco office and co-leads the Transaction Services & Private Equity practice in the Americas. He advises private equity sponsors, corporate investors, and management teams on commercial due diligence and value creation, with a particular focus on industrials and business services.
With more than 20 years of consulting experience, Andrew has advised clients on several hundred transactions. His work focuses on evaluating market attractiveness and competitive dynamics, developing deep customer insights, and identifying opportunities to drive growth and improve commercial performance.
Prior to joining Simon-Kucher, Andrew held senior roles at Alvarez & Marsal and L.E.K. Consulting, advising private equity and corporate clients on commercial due diligence and growth strategy. Earlier in his career, he worked at Hewlett-Packard in Germany and at a technology startup focused on robotics and machine vision.
Andrew earned his MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and his BS in electrical engineering, with honors, from the University of Rochester.
