London, UK, May 19, 2025 – Simon-Kucher, the world’s leading commercial growth and pricing consultancy, is pleased to announce the appointment of John Gariba as Partner in its Healthcare & Life Sciences (HC&LS) division. Based in London, Gariba will lead the firm’s efforts in developing the global Healthcare & Life Sciences Transaction Services & Private Equity (HC&LS TSPE) practice, further enhancing Simon-Kucher’s offerings to private equity clients worldwide.
Gariba brings nearly two decades of experience at the intersection of healthcare and deals. He joins Simon-Kucher from PwC Strategy&, where he advised private equity and corporate clients in investments in the HC&LS sector both in Europe and the US. His expertise spans a broad range of HC&LS subsectors, including healthcare / pharma tech and services, medical devices, diagnostics, consumer healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
Gariba earned a degree in pharmacology before training and practicing as a physician in the UK's National Health Service (NHS).
Simon-Kucher has already been carrying out commercial due diligence work for many clients within HC&LS, and John is a key milestone in further building this practice.
