Cem is a partner in Simon-Kucher’s Istanbul office. He has worked in several of the company’s global practices and has acquired industry expertise in logistics, automotive, machinery, construction, chemicals, and industrial goods.
Cem has extensive experience in various commercial topics both locally and globally, including pricing excellence, commercial due diligence, go-to-market, market assessment, market strategy, channel strategy, sales organization, trade terms, and incentive systems. He has also supported many local companies with their global growth, advising them on their go-to-market and growth strategies.
Cem has a master’s degree in economics and wrote his thesis on commodity pricing. He earned his undergraduate degree in industrial engineering from Middle East Technical University.
