Verena is a Partner in Simon-Kucher’s Software and Internet practice. She is based in the Vienna office while working with clients internationally.
She has 10 years of consulting experience in driving sustainable growth via go-to-market strategies, design of subscription products and monetization/pricing approaches. Verena leads projects for both Fortune 500 companies and growing start-ups/scale-ups.
Verena earned her MSc as a double degree in International Management from WU Vienna University of Economics and Business and holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Laws.
She is passionate about boosting diversity and enabling highest growth opportunities for all team members at clients and at Simon-Kucher.
