Felix Napp

Felix Napp is Director within the Banking Practice at Simon-Kucher and works in the Hamburg office. He is specialized in optimizing pricing and product architectures in the financial sector, digitization projects (esp. digital sales), and projects to develop sophisticated customer loyalty programs. The geographical focus of his projects is Germany.

Prior to joining Simon-Kucher Felix worked at Commerzbank within several departments mainly focused on the corporate customer business (Mittelstandsbank) and pursued his Master in Management at ESCP Business School, where he earned a triple degree (German, French, Spanish). During this time, he made the experience of working abroad as well, e.g. New York, Milan and Paris.

Furthermore, Felix is author of articles in professional journals and a frequent guest speaker at conferences, seminars, and universities.
