Matt is a partner in Simon-Kucher's Consumer Goods & Retail division and is based in the San Francisco office. Matt specializes in helping companies drive meaningful revenue and profit through commercial excellence, especially in areas of market strategy, route-to-market strategy, and sales strategy.
In over a decade of consulting experience, he has delivered projects in over 20 countries on five continents and is used to working at all levels of the enterprise (from global commercial transformations to local business unit strategy). Past clients include multinational leaders with over 70 billion US dollars in annual revenue as well as numerous growth-stage companies aiming to double revenues in one to three years.
Matt earned an MSc in management from London Business School and a BSc in economics from Oglethorpe University. He has also completed executive education at Harvard Business School and holds a diploma in data and systems analysis from Oxford University.
