Oliver is a partner in Simon-Kucher’s Frankfurt office and a member of the Financial Services sector.
He has more than 15 years of experience in banking and consulting. His work focuses on profitable growth and large-scale transformation for financial institutions, combining commercial strategy with operating-model, digital, technology, AI, and data expertise.
He has particular expertise in corporate and business strategy, business and operating-model transformation, IT and digital strategy, organizational transformation, and performance improvement.
Prior to joining Simon-Kucher, Oliver led the Financial Services business in DACH at H&Z Group. Before that, he headed Digital Banking Transformation at Horváth. Earlier in his career, Oliver held strategy and transformation roles at Commerzbank and Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Private Bank, giving him first-hand industry experience alongside his consulting background.
Oliver holds a master’s degree in international business. Outside work, he remains passionate about rugby, having played the sport himself for many years.
