Dr. Andreas von der Gathen is a Senior Partner at Simon-Kucher and served as Co-CEO from 2020 to 2024. Prior to his tenure as CEO, he had already gained over 20 years of experience with Simon-Kucher as a Partner. He established and led the global Consumer Goods & Retail practice, focusing on sales organization, product pricing, and brand strategy for both national and international clients across all stages of the consumer goods value chain.

Christoph Stegmeier is a Senior Partner in Simon-Kucher’s global banking practice and is based in the Munich office. He has over 20 years of experience in financial services, particularly in retail banking, insurance, and risk management. 

Joerg Tritschler

Joerg is a Partner in Simon-Kucher’s Life Sciences division. Since joining the company in 2011, he has worked in multiple Simon-Kucher offices, including Munich, San Francisco, and the headquarters in Bonn, and is currently based in the Zurich office. Joerg specializes in international pricing and market access of pharmaceuticals and commercial excellence.

Chris is a partner in the global Healthcare & Life Sciences division and is based in Los Angeles, US. His focus is on healthcare technology and solutions, with a specialty in software, service, and devices sold into the healthcare vertical

Sara Yamase

Sara is a Partner and Managing Partner of Technology, Media & Telecom at Simon-Kucher. She works in both our Silicon Valley and Houston offices. Previously, she served a Head of the Software, Internet, and Media practice. Her consulting work focuses on new product pricing, product positioning and commercialization strategy, and price optimization for software and internet companies. She is an expert on pricing strategies, price model design, segmentation, advanced research design, and price implementation.

Eduard Bonet is a Senior Partner and heads Simon-Kucher’s Barcelona office. He holds a BA and an MBA from ESADE Business School (Barcelona) and has over 20 years of experience in consulting, with a special focus on consumer goods and retail.
