Kayla is a Director in Simon-Kucher’s Toronto office and a member of the Industrials team, where she advises clients on pricing and commercial transformation, with a focus on driving sustainable margin and sales performance improvement.
Kayla brings over 10 years of experience across Canada and the US, specializing in pricing strategy, organizational design, and salesforce effectiveness for manufacturers, distributors, and service providers. She focuses on complex, multi-workstream programs - often in the context of M&A integration and organizational redesign - to modernize commercial capabilities and embed pricing excellence alongside system and process transformations.
Prior to Simon-Kucher, Kayla spent over three years in financial services developing advanced credit risk models. She holds a Bachelor of Mathematics in Statistics and Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo.
