Fabian focuses on driving sustainable growth for FMCG manufacturers across food, beverage and near-food categories. His projects cover a variety of Commercial Excellence topics incl. all Revenue Growth Management levers relevant for FMCG manufacturers. In addition, he is a proven expert on how manufacturers manage arising challenges from European Buying Groups/Retail Alliances incl. net price and trade term management as well as establishing the right coordination between local and regional organizations.
Fabian holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Mannheim and has also studied at University of Melbourne and the Munich Business School.
