Falko is a partner in Simon-Kucher’s global Healthcare & Life Sciences division and is based in the Frankfurt office.
He has over 15 years of experience advising pharmaceutical companies on commercial strategy and transformation. His work spans multiple therapeutic areas and the full commercial transformation journey, from global strategy development to local implementation.
His expertise includes go-to-market strategy, commercial excellence, key account management, commercial operating model design, and talent and capability building.
Prior to joining Simon-Kucher, Falko held leadership roles at international consulting firms, advising pharmaceutical companies on commercial strategy, go-to-market transformation and key account management. Earlier in his career, he gained industry experience in commercial excellence and sales force effectiveness, giving him both consulting and in-house perspectives on real-world commercial challenges.
Falko earned his PhD in Biology from the University of Würzburg, where his research focused on neurovirology and neurodegenerative diseases.
