Peter Harms is a Partner at Simon-Kucher & Partners, based out of the Boston and Munich offices. As a global consultant, Peter works in B2B and B2C industries in North America, Europe, and Asia, specializing in pricing, sales, and value selling.

Karl-Heinz Sebastian

Dr. Karl-Heinz Sebastian is a co-founder and Senior Partner of Simon-Kucher & Partners. He studied macroeconomics at the Universities of Siegen, Bonn, and Los Angeles (UCLA) and received his doctorate at the University of Bielefeld. He has been working as a business consultant since 1985. Dr. Sebastian leads the Competence Centers of "Construction Technology" and "Chemicals".

Matthew Suggett

Matt is a partner in Simon-Kucher's Consumer Goods & Retail division and is based in the San Francisco office. Matt specializes in helping companies drive meaningful revenue and profit through commercial excellence, especially in areas of market strategy, route-to-market strategy, and sales strategy.

Peter Ehrhardt

Peter is a Senior Partner and a member of the global Medical Technology practice within Simon-Kucher’s Life Sciences activities and currently based in Munich, Germany. For his first 8 years in the company he was based in Germany and then relocated in 2008 to the US to establish a local Medical Technology presence.

Joerg is a Partner in Simon-Kucher’s Life Sciences division. Since joining the company in 2011, he has worked in multiple Simon-Kucher offices, including Munich, San Francisco, and the headquarters in Bonn, and is currently based in the Zurich office. Joerg specializes in international pricing and market access of pharmaceuticals and commercial excellence.

Nicolas is a Partner in Simon-Kucher's Latin American division, and a member of the global Consumer & Retail practice. He is also the regional telecommunications expert for the global Telco & Energy practice.
