Dr. Matthias Liefner is a Partner and the Co-Managing Partner Denmark. He is a member of the Global Pharma & Biotech Practice within the Simon-Kucher life sciences activities. Previously he worked for 12 years at the company’s office in Bonn.

James Brown

James Brown is a Senior Partner and the Managing Partner United Kingdom, based in the firm’s London office. He brings 11 years’ industry experience prior to joining Simon-Kucher. He has been with the firm since 2009, and now leads the Consumer and Retail practice in the UK. He specialises in commercial strategy, with a particular focus on pricing – both in the Consumer Goods & Retail sector and B2B services environment.

Tobias is a Partner and Head of the Transaction Services team in Central Europe and the Nordics at Simon-Kucher. He is also the Head of Simon-Kucher’s Berlin office. Tobias has over 10 years of experience in M&A, commercial value creation and corporate strategy.

Michelle Verwest

Michelle Verwest is a Partner based in the Simon-Kucher's San Francisco office. She specializes in monetization strategies for Internet and Technology businesses, advising a wide variety of companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 10. Her work focuses on price optimization, packaging and portfolio strategies, and commercialization strategies.

Matthew Suggett

Matt is a partner in Simon-Kucher's Consumer Goods & Retail division and is based in the San Francisco office. Matt specializes in helping companies drive meaningful revenue and profit through commercial excellence, especially in areas of market strategy, route-to-market strategy, and sales strategy.

Michael Keller

Michael is Head of the Cologne office and a member of Simon-Kucher’s Life Sciences and global HealthTech team, working out of its Cologne office in Germany. He previously worked out of Simon-Kucher’s US headquarter in Boston, MA. Michael has a dedicated focus to serve Simon-Kucher’s diagnostics clients and is also co-leading its global healthcare service provider business.

David Lee

David leads the global Sales practice within Simon-Kucher's Life Sciences activities. His focus is on helping medical technology and pharmaceutical clients drive organic growth by advising on monetization strategy, sales force optimization, key account negotiation, and commercial excellence programs.
