Zohaer Khan is the Lead for Transaction Services & Private Equity in the Nordics, based in Stockholm. He has 15+ years of experience across TMT and Business Services, working at the intersection of strategy and M&A with 100+ engagements spanning commercial due diligence, strategy, market studies, and joint ventures.
Zohaer’s work focuses on TMT with an emphasis on Software, IT Services, Infrastructure, as well as Business Services including installation, field service, and maintenance, and Tech-enabled services with a reocurring nature.
Before his current role, Zohaer held senior positions in Strategy consulting firm, and he also brings entrepreneurial experience as Founder of a mobility company. His earlier career includes roles at Telia Company (including Healthcare Division X and Category Manager for Fixed Infrastructure) and prior experience at Ericsson within Supply and NRO in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Over the course of his advisory work, Zohaer has supported investors and management teams across the full deal lifecycle, from commercial and vendor due diligence (CDD/CVDD/CODD) to market entry, carve-out strategy, and go-to-market programs, with credentials across software (e.g., ConTech and OCFO), technology/IoT/industrial and MedTech, media, telecom & infrastructure, and field and technical engineering services.
Zohaer holds a double degree from Uppsala University: an MSc in Engineering Physics and a BSc in Business Administration.
