Franck Brault is a Senior Partner at Simon-Kucher’s Paris office. He is primarily dedicated to the elaboration of corporate strategy, growth strategy, marketing, sales and pricing for B2B customers.
Franck has generated strong profit enhancement results throughout his 25 years in consulting and industry, including helping clients through two major past crises (Dot-Com Bubble & Global Financial Crisis). He specializes in Commercial Excellence programs to address strategy, pricing, sales & marketing, product management and digital transformation topics. He has worked for corporate clients and private equity-backed companies on more than 250 B2B projects.
He graduated from the Ecole Française d’Electronique et d’Informatique in France (EFREI) and from Bristol University in the United Kingdom with degrees in Electronics and Computer Science. Prior to Simon-Kucher, Franck conducted R&D projects for large international organizations in the electronics and transportation sectors. In 1998, he also completed from the Hautes Etudes Commerciales business school (HEC) in Paris, an MBA program (ISA), majoring in Strategy and Entrepreneurship.
He is the co-author of the book ‘La Stratégie Prix, Agir efficacement sur les prix pour optimiser le résultat’, published by Dunod, and has written several articles for French and international newspapers.
