The project began with an external investigation to identify the most relevant value drivers influencing purchasing decisions and adoption.

Based on these insights, we developed a structured narrative to explain how the new solution delivers measurable value like cost savings and improved outcomes. This value story was designed to be flexible, allowing the messaging to be adapted or adjusted according to specific stakeholder priorities.

Additionally, we built a dynamic Excel-based tool to quantify the solution’s financial impact, including total cost of ownership and savings potential. This economic value tool was designed for easy adaptation to individual customer needs, enabling the estimation of economic gains based on each customer’s specific conditions.
