His consulting focuses on customer retention strategies, growth strategies and operational excellence, behavioral pricing and value selling processes for utilities and energy companies in the B2C as well as the B2B sector.
His main work area is within the DACH region but Renato has a strong focus on the global energy industry and supports projects in the US, Ireland, Benelux as well as the Nordics.
