He led multiple multi-year digital transformations from measure definition to execution. Key initiatives often include the market testing new offerings with consumers, behavioral sales, launching as-a-service solutions and building new direct-to-consumer and b2b online channels. He is an expert in building the required data & technological capabilities for his clients by piloting initiatives, new ways of working, M&A, talent recruiting and tailored skill programs.
Michael joined consulting over 12 years ago after finishing his studies in Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien and at the McCombs Business school. He is trained in agile ways of working (SAFE), customer-centric solution approaches (Stanford) and has authored many articles on digital transformation.
