Nicolas is a partner in Simon-Kucher’s Milan office and leads Simon-Kucher Elevate (Digital & AI practice) across Southern Europe.
He brings over 15 years of experience in the consumer, retail, and fashion & luxury industries, advising CEOs and CXOs on digital, data and AI-driven growth strategies. His work has delivered up to 15% topline growth and 2-3 percentage points of EBIT improvement within 18 months.
Nicolas has led numerous global digital, data, and AI transformation programs, spanning business strategy definition, end-to-end design and delivery of use-case roadmaps and enabling capabilities, as well as large-scale change management. He is particularly recognized for building best-in-class digital and analytics capabilities that translate advanced technology into tangible business impact.
Before joining Simon-Kucher, Nicolas was a junior partner at McKinsey & Company, where he supported consumer and retail clients in accelerating omnichannel growth and developing cutting-edge data and AI solutions to achieve step-change improvements in customer engagement. Earlier in his career, he held digital growth, marketing, and sales roles at Reckitt Benckiser and L’Oréal.
Nicolas holds a Master’s degree from HEC Paris and has co-authored several publications on digital, data, and AI transformation across industries.
