In addition, within transactional services, Sinan has extensive experience in commercial due diligence across various sectors and has supported clients across the full deal lifecycle, including post-merger integration and structured value creation programs.
Sinan works across a broad range of consumer industries, including QSR, FMCG, retail, durables, fashion, apparel, travel, leisure, and hospitality. His work spans Turkey and international markets, with project experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. His engagements frequently evolve from strategic diagnostics into multi-year transformation and value creation programs, positioning him as a long-term partner to senior leadership teams.
