Neeraj Venkatesan is a Director in Simon-Kucher’s Commercial Strategy & Value Creation practice, based in New York. He specializes in helping clients identify growth opportunities, strengthen competitive positioning, and drive sustainable value creation.
Prior to his current role, Neeraj was a Director at EY-Parthenon, where he advised clients on market assessments, growth strategy, and commercial transformation. Earlier, he worked as a Principal Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman, bringing a strong analytical and technical foundation to his consulting approach.
Neeraj holds an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business, an MS from the University of Illinois, and a BS from Rutgers University.
