Kai is a manager in Simon-Kucher's Consumer Goods practice and works in the Munich office.
He has over four years of consulting experience and helps consumer goods companies in transforming their go-to-market models for growth by improving along all commercial excellence levers. Kai is leading commercial transformations for multinational companies to achieve both, topline growth, and cost efficiency. He led projects for clients in Europe and the United States.
Kai holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and the University of Auckland (New Zealand). He published among others in the Handbook of Market Research.
