Sara is a Partner and Head of the Software, Internet, and Media practice at Simon-Kucher. She works in both our Silicon Valley and Houston offices. Her consulting work focuses on new product pricing, product positioning and commercialization strategy, and price optimization for software and internet companies. She is an expert on pricing strategies, price model design, segmentation, advanced research design, and price implementation.
At Simon-Kucher, Sara has guided executives on how to drive revenue and profit growth by identifying and building strategies around packaging, pricing, and communication. She has also designed and analyzed large-scale research studies to determine product bundling, price models, segmentation, and willingness to pay using advanced analytical methods and industry expertise.
Sara earned her Master of Business Administration with honors from Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Her undergraduate degrees include a Bachelor of Science in business administration and a Bachelor of Arts in operations research and management science from the University of California, Berkeley.
