International strategy and marketing consultancy Simon-Kucher & Partners continues its growth trajectory with the opening of its Helsinki office. The consultancy now has 42 locations worldwide, including four offices in the Nordics.
February 16, 2022 –Simon-Kucher & Partners recently opened an office in Helsinki, its first in Finland. With the latest opening, the global consultancy now has 42 offices across 27 countries.
“Finland is a highly attractive market for Simon-Kucher with its global mindset,” said Dr. Andreas Jonason, managing partner in Simon-Kucher’s Stockholm office. Jonason, who oversaw the opening of the Helsinki office, added, “We have already seen early signs of positive commercial success with business in Finland consistently growing over the past couple of years. The increased market opportunity, and the establishment of a strong local team, made the timing right to open our fourth office in the Nordics.”
In 2021, Simon-Kucher delivered projects in Finland across multiple industries including consumer goods, retail, industrial goods, telecommunications, leisure travel and tourism, and B2B Software, ending the year above target and with a strong pipeline of business promptly delivered by the growing local team.
“The opening of the Helsinki office is a highly exciting opportunity for Simon-Kucher and me personally – I look forward to engaging with local clientele and building our presence and brand in Finland as a top-tier consulting service provider," says Stefan Söderström, who joined Simon-Kucher earlier this month as managing partner of the Helsinki office with10 years at a top-tier consulting firm. “We expect the office here in Finland will grow considerably throughout the course of the year, and look forward to increasing our capabilities and capacity to serve our clients.”
