Mark Maitland joins to lead new business unit
London, UK. September 1, 2022 – Simon-Kucher & Partners, a global strategy and marketing consultancy, announced today the launch of a dedicated Transaction Services team in the UK, which will focus on carrying out commercial due diligence on transactions for private equity and corporate clients. Mark Maitland, a strategy consultant with over 17 years of deals experience, has been hired to lead the team and will be joining Simon-Kucher on 1 September.
Mark brings a wealth of cross-industry experience and a robust reputation as a trusted advisor on deals. In his new role, he will work closely with Simon-Kucher’s European Transaction Services team, launched in January this year, as well as partnering with other non-deal focused Simon-Kucher executives and their teams, driving synergies between revenue growth and pricing strategy work at the firm.
