He specializes in pricing excellence and commercial excellence, helping Medtech and health technology companies unlock growth through optimized monetization, go-to-market, and commercial strategies. 
 
Jan has deep expertise across Medtech, Digital Health, and Healthcare IT, supporting clients in designing and implementing global pricing architectures, value-based strategies, as well as pricing and commercial excellence programs. His work spans the entire back and front end of commercial performance — from pricing and market access to sales and marketing effectiveness.
 
Over his career, Jan has successfully led global transformation programs for multinational companies in Medtech, Healthcare IT and Digital Health, delivering measurable impact on revenue growth and profitability. He brings extensive international experience from engagements across Europe, the US, and Japan.
 
Jan holds a Diploma in Business Management with a focus on marketing and production management from the University of Mainz, and an MBA from Colorado State University.
