About Kajetan

Kajetan is the Global Head of Simon-Kucher's Telecommunications and SatCom practice. As practice head and partner, he supports clients globally by delivering best in class projects leveraging 20 years experience. 

Kajetan specializes in all areas of commercial growth, including developing and delivering brand and pricing strategies. He also has extensive experience in designing innovative offers and price model structures, as well as building sustainable pricing excellence programs. 

A key focus of his work is digital monetization, helping to unlock new revenue streams and strengthen commercial performance for classical Telco Operators, SatCom & NTN (non terrestrial networks). Kajetan keeps customer value management at the forefront and has advised global telecom groups and local operators across Europe/CEE, the US, the Middle East, and Latin America.

Kajetan holds a Ph.D. from the Technical University of Munich (Technische Universität München) on price seasonality. He is a notable author and co-author of multiple books and articles on price volatility and digitalization in pricing, marketing, and sales. His work positions him as a leading voice in these fields and a sought-after speaker at major industry events. Kajetan is based in Simon-Kucher’s Munich office.
