Wenbo is a partner in Simon-Kucher’s Asia-Pacific division and is based in the Shanghai office. He leads the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector and B2B consulting projects in the Greater China area. Before joining the Shanghai office, he spent six years in Simon-Kucher’s New York and Toronto offices.
Wenbo specializes in product innovation, pricing strategy, customer engagement optimization, and advanced analytics. He has helped clients successfully optimize commercial strategies, transform business models, and bring new and innovative solutions to market for significant top-line growth.
Over his 10 years in consulting, he has served more than 50 companies across industries in China, North America, and Europe, from startups to industry leaders. Using his global project experience, he has advised clients on enhancing their local footprints and global expansion.
Wenbo holds an MScEng from the University of Rochester and a BSc in mechanical engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is a frequent speaker and coach for executives on pricing and monetization topics.
