Gregor Biljardt is a Senior Manager in our Amsterdam office.
Gregor has led over 25 consulting engagements in Europe and North America. He specializes in commercial strategy for tech companies, having extensive experience with initiatives to grow recurring revenue.
Recent project assignments include designing a new go-to-market strategy, assessing opportunities for new product development, optimizing packaging and pricing, and developing a program for sales- and customer success excellence.
Gregor holds a MSc in International Management from the Erasmus University and the Community of European Management Schools (CEMS) as well as a BSc in Economics and Business Economics from Maastricht University.
