Trupti is a partner in Simon-Kucher's Financial Services Practice and is based in Chicago. She has more than 20 years of experience in industry and management consulting in financial services across retail banking, small business banking, commercial banking, and wealth management.
Trupti has collaborated with senior bank executives to deliver enterprise-wide impact using analytics and customer research to tackle bank clients most complex revenue and productivity challenges for profitable growth. She has deep expertise in top-line growth related topics such as acquisition, retention, and relationship deepening; new product design; new market entry strategies; omnichannel sales excellence; distribution effectiveness and channel management; customer journey and experience; and operating model transformation.
Prior to joining Simon-Kucher, Trupti worked at Kearney, Deloitte Consulting, and McKinsey & Company where she managed several global cross-LOB projects and also led large functional and technical teams to deliver desired objectives that generated tangible bottom-line results.
Trupti is passionate about ideation, innovation, design, and execution. Trupti earned her MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University in Canada, a Masters Degree in Finance from Mumbai University, and a BCom (Honors) in Accounting from Kolkata University.
